Dave Agena is an international perfomance psychologist with special expertise in sales, leadership, business development, as well as personality assessments and career transitioning.  He brings over twenty five years of actual work experience in Corporate America as a field sales representative to national sales manager to executive manager to board member of some of the largest service corporations as well as "start-ups" in the U.S. and Australia. 

Dave has also co-founded several industry specific sales training and management development companies.  Whether as an inside executive or an outside consultant, Dave has always focused on assisting colleagues and clients in realizing their personal and professional short-term objectives and long-term goals. 

Dave's academic background includes degrees in both clinical psychology as well as cultural anthropology with an MBA in Organizational Behavior. Aside from his fulltime involvement in PASScoaching he is currently involved in post graduate work in Organizational Leadership at the Ph.D. level.
